The Great Questions of Board Books

Our board books are about 5.5 inches x 5.5 inches. The pages are pretty thick, but not too thick. We will be offering alternative sizes in the future.

Absolutely not! Any picture works anywhere – your child just wants to see pictures of them and of Mommy and Daddy.

If there’s any reason for concern, your image will be flagged in the designer and you’ll get a notification there.

It should take just 5 to 10 minutes to place your images and name in the book.

If you want to make further changes, then the sky’s the limit. But we don’t suggest you try to make it totally totally perfect, rather to just order a second one for their next birthday!

Of course! We really like the mobile interface in fact, and it should provide all the functionality you need to create a beautiful book.

On a much smaller screen, our mobile designer may be missing some options. You may not see the copy and paste functions and the redo option, and you might not be able to move or resize some of the elements on the page.

For the full experience, try using a computer. You can also go back and forth, just make sure to save your project often.

Your book should arrive in 2-3 weeks. We do offer options to expedite the shipping process.

Go ahead and choose the expedited option on the shipping page to receive your item in about 1-2 weeks, cutting a week off the delivery time.

If you have a specific date when you need your book delivered, just enter that into the notes and select the expedited shipping option, and we’ll do what we can to meet your delivery requirements.

We stand behind all the items we sell. If you found any defect in your order, just reach out and we’ll do everything we can to make it right for you.

In terms of buyer’s remorse when there is no defect, since this is a personalized item we unfortunately do not accept returns.

Yes – we’re glad you liked it! Just head over to the ‘Your Projects’ page, and you should see the book you already ordered still over there. Open it up, make any changes you want, and proceed to check out.
